December and Summer Graduation

Dear Students,

The Graduation sign-up sheet for December 2011 is available in my office (Moore building, room 20).  If you intend to graduate in the upcoming Fall 11  term, please come by my office and sign the sheet listing your name and degree plan by Friday, May 6.

Last call for August 2011 graduation sign-up: If you intend to graduate this summer (August 2011) and have not yet signed that graduation sheet, please come by and sign up by Thursday, April 21, 2011.

If it is not possible for you to be here physically to sign up, please send me an email listing your degree plan and intended graduation date and I will add your name to the appropriate list.  Please make it clear whether you are planning on August or December graduation.
