On Monday, February 6, 2017, Brite Divinity School will host Rev. Allyson Dylan Robinson for an evening presentation entitled, Doing Theology as a Matter of Life and Death. The event, sponsored by the Carpenter Initiative in Gender, Sexuality, and Justice is free and open to the public. Rev. Robinson is believed to be the first openly transgender person to be ordained by a Baptist Church. Rev. Robinson will preach in chapel on Tuesday, Feb. 8th and lead community conversation.
