Stress Management with Brad Stewart

Our increasingly busy lives cause our minds a lot of stress, not to mention the continued trauma resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Stress affects our mood, mental state, and our physical health as well. On September 15th at 6:00 p.m., Brad Stewart, Associate Director of Wellness and Education at TCU, will be at Leibrock Village to discuss the impact of stress, techniques to reduce stress, and the on-campus resources to help.
