Rev. Joshua T. Morris, Ph.D. is a bi-vocational scholar-practitioner and a veteran. He offers courses in the area of spiritual care. He also serves as a pediatric staff chaplain and as a chaplain in the US Army Reserve. He publishes and speaks on the issue of military moral injury. He recently published, Moral Injury among Returning Veterans: From thank You for Your Service to Liberative Solidarity. Lexington Books, 2021.

 

 

Rev. Michael Yandell, Ph.D., serves as Senior Minister at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Greensboro, NC. Michael is a graduate of Brite (M.Div.) and holds a PhD in Theological Studies from Emory University. He is a U.S. Army veteran (ret.). He served in Iraq as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal specialist. He is the author of multiple essays related to moral injury and of a forthcoming book, War and Negative Revelation: A Theoethical Reflection on Moral Injury, Lexington Books.
