Intent to Vacate form due date and changing apartments

The due date for completed Intent to Vacate Leibrock Village forms is Monday, April 5th. The exact date of your departure can be given later, but I need to know whether you will live here until June 1st. Your future address can also be filled in later. Thanks to those of you who have already submitted your Intent to Vacate forms.
