A/C filters will be changed during Spring Break, on Monday, March 15th and Tuesday, March 16th, beginning at 9 a.m. Please move anything that will hamper the technicians from dropping the door in the hall bathroom ceiling to change the filter. They will be in and out of your apartment in a matter of minutes.

The resident must be with his/her guests at all times. There have been several incidents lately when residents have given friends their swipe cards to permit them to enter Village buildings. As harmless as this might seem, it is a compromise of security. Not knowing who is a resident, your guest, who is in the building illegally if you are not with him/her, could unknowingly allow entry to another non-resident.

It appears Spring is on the way. What a blessing! Unfortunately, with Spring, sometimes comes the march of ants. We are discouraging them from entering out buildings by spraying the outside of buildings. Please be extra careful to move garbage directly to the dumpsters. Do not leave it in the hallway and don’t put fast food leftovers in public area waste baskets.

Perhaps you have heard or read of the increase in electricity bills. Leibrock Village has been hit hard also. Please be extra mindful of turning off TVs, radios, and lights when you leave your apartment.
