Young Adult Commission Application Process Extended

Per a decision made at the Young Adult Commission Meeting on September 27, 2011, the deadline for receiving applications was extended to November 1^st, 2011.  A request was made by the Young Adult Commission to inform you of the change of deadlines and to encourage you to name applicants to the Young Adult Commission (YAC).

Following is an announcement that was placed in the September 25^th issue of the Disciples Home Missions Updates:

The Young Adult Commission is currently accepting applications. The Young Adult Commission represents Disciples young adults in congregations, regions, and the whole church in building effective communication networks, providing advocacy opportunities, and enabling young adults to lead our church. Please go to http://www.discipleshomemissions.org/pages/DoCYA to download the application. The deadline to apply is November 1^st, 2011.
